Top Honors - Spirit of LendingTree

Our most prestigious honor, the Spirit of LendingTree award recognizes the loan officer who most embodies all of the LendingTree and GetSmart values. This individual must demonstrate empowerment, winning despite obstacles, excellent customer service, ethics and integrity, teamwork, work life balance and ownership on a daily basis. He or she must stand out in their organization and among the many outstanding loan officers partnered with LendingTree and GetSmart.

Nominations will be taken up until January 26, 2007. The LendingTree and GetSmart senior and executive management team will select the deserving recipient.

Our 2006 Spirit of LendingTree Winner

Tom Fox

Tom started working with LendingTree customers in November, 2004. He has the great ability uncover customers’ needs and is aptly skilled at guiding them through the loan process in a professional manner.

Tom’s partnership with LendingTree runs deep. He received Gold Leaf status on the exchange the first time that he was eligible for the honor. He has actively participated in the Purchase Round Table and LendingTree University Live events and currently serves on the Loan Officer Advisory Committee.

Tom is a leader within his organization as well, acting as a coach to many other loan officers. He is respected by peers and considered by his management team as the benchmark for loan officers.

Tom truly embodies the Spirit of LendingTree.
